Our company places great emphasis on customer satisfaction: it is our primary company policy. Thus, we require the same principle in companies that we represent.
Based on this policy our company has been repairing, and replacing faulty equipment under the manufacturers' warranty, ever since the 1960's when "Guarantee/Garanti" was only known as the name of a bank. During this period, in a country unaware of consumer rights, solving our customers' problems, even when there was no legal necessity, resulted in interesting scenes: sometimes emotional, sometimes funny, and at times unexpected.
We are glad to see that consumer rights are increasingly being backed up by the necessary legal framework and recognized by all manufacturers and distributors.
